The founder's vision

Personally, I was born the eldest son of a farming family and worked in agriculture until I was 24. After that, through encounters with various people, I came across a paint company and worked there as a founding employee until I was 30. Since then, I have followed the company's history and arrived at my current position.

In managing a company, I have learned and realized the importance of a guiding philosophy and corporate responsibility in making decisions about investment challenges. I have learned a great lesson from the actions and thoughts of Ninomiya Sontoku, who, in the late Edo period, helped over 200 daimyo domains in the Kanto region that were suffering from financial collapse, following the Shogunate's orders for reconstruction. His actions and thoughts have been a great lesson for me and are reflected in my management philosophy.

Our philosophy and company principles are based on my experience in farming. I liken the company to a field; if the soil is fertile and the water source is good, the crops will thrive, and the company will prosper. Conversely, no matter how good the trees are, they will not grow in barren land.

Our company motto is to create an invisible soil environment.I think so.

Furthermore, to use a bonsai cultivation analogy, visible numerical data shows that efforts to cultivate a bonsai with a clear vision of its form will be rewarded, while neglect and negligence will quickly lead to its deterioration and a short, tragic end.
